Hello, my name is Sandra. Originally from Galway and now living in the beautiful region of Munster, that being Mallow, Co. Cork. My wish is that everyone can receive the support they need in their life, when they maybe struggling with a past , present  or perceived future Trauma. I invite you to make contact so we can  explore togetheir the solutions and  choices you can have in your  life, so you can reach our true potential and heal from past hurts.  

 

I hold a  Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the International College of Personal and Professional Development, Athlone .I have worked effectively with a broad range of issues, including Anxiety, Depression, Anger , Trauma & PTSD, Sexual health, Infertility,  Bereavement,  Loss. Gender identity, Cancer .Control. Dissociation.

‘I care deeply about the well-being of others and have always been passionate about supporting people. I strongly believe in the resilience of the human spirit and one’s capability to create a sense of autonomy and empowerment in order to contend with whatever life challenges they encounter.

I work from an integrative perspective which means I don’t believe in a “one size fits all”  This allows me to work collaboratively with clients to identify their strengths and preferences in order to find a therapeutic style that suits the individual.’
